Thierry Guimard former Head Chef on the famous cruise liner Queen Elizabeth II decided after several trips around the world to settle in Cholet at Château de la Tremblaye. Today he is part of the prestigious “Maitre Cuisinier de France”. In the restaurant which has conserved all the original wood panelling & fireplace. Diners are swept into the warm atmosphere, where one can enjoy the calssic & innovative dishes he produces with creative twists; highlighting and enhancing the fresh, quality local produce. Resulting with diners being left with ‘a memorable gastronomic experience’. In summer giests can dine outside.
Open everyday except Sunday evening & Monday lunchtimes.
